Peter was founder and CEO Worldwide of several international healthcare Companies and sits on the Boards for several early and late stage biopharmaceutical organizations.
Zvi Yaniv
PhD, CTO Nanotechnology, Interim CEO
A prolific inventor and scientist, to date Dr. Zvi Yaniv has received over 300 patents, primarily in the fields of liquid crystal displays, image digitizers and nanotechnology. As a creative entrepreneur, he founded and managed a number of companies devoted to research and development. He has been recognized by colleagues world-wide and is the recipient of numerous awards for his inventions. Dr. Zvi Yaniv is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Technology Generator, Inc., a well- known technology think tank in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Helena W. Rodbard is an endocrinologist with 35 years of experience in private practice. She conducts a very active clinical research program involving new therapeutic agents for diabetes. She has served as President of the American College of Endocrinology and of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
Dr. Rodbard is the author of more than 130 reports in the peer reviewed medical/scientific literature, including Clinical Practice Guidelines and Algorithms for management of patients with type 2 diabetes. Dr. Rodbard has served on the Editorial Board of Diabetes Care for the past three years. She is active with the American Diabetes Association and the International Diabetes Federation.
Dr. Rodbard received her medical degree from the Federal Medical School and completed residencies in internal medicine and training in endocrinology at Hospital das Clinicas, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. She completed fellowships at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development and in the Diabetes Branch of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, Bethesda, MD.
Dr. Rodbard has held positions at George Washington University and Georgetown University, was awarded the honor of Master of the American College of Endocrinology (MACE), and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). She has received awards from the American College of Endocrinology and the Master Clinician lectureship of The Endocrine Society.
She was named one of the Exceptional Women in Medicine 2017. For the past 25 years she has been consistently designated as a Best Physician in the United States and received the award of Exceptional Women in Medicine in 2018 and 2019. She has lectured extensively both within the US and Internationally.

Peter Hurwitz has more than 27 years of experience in the medical communications, scientific research, and healthcare fields. Peter has worked with several White House Administrations, the NIH, FDA, CDER, has presented at major International Medical Congresses, and has authored several peer-reviewed scientific publications.
As the Director of Programming for the Professional Television Network, Peter has conducted over 2,000 on-air interviews with Experts from the NIH, FDA, and all Major Academic Institutions that are broadcast to 130,000 US physicians across all digital media platforms.
Peter was founder and CEO Worldwide of several international healthcare communications Companies. He has developed and launched several 501c3 non-profit healthcare organizations, including the International Association of Integrative Care (IAIC), the American Association for IV Hydration Therapy (AAIVHT), the Neurotoxin Institute (NTI), and the International Medical Crisis Response Alliance (IMCRA), which has been recognized by the United Nations and is currently under contract with several international governments. Peter sits on the Board of Directors for several biotech Companies in various stages of development and has assisted several large-scale bio-pharmaceutical companies who have sought approval for new drug applications as well as identifying and managing new indications for their existing product lines.
Dr. David Goldblatt
Dr. Goldblatt received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Board Certified Radiologist, and was one of the co-founders of Austin Radiological Association. Dr. Goldblatt also suffers from Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, and was very impressed by PeriphEX technology after trying its products. He was the first investor in PeriphEX, and now also a product ambassador.
Bruce Levy, M.D., J.D.
Chief Executive Officer, Austin Gastroenterology, P.A. and Austin Endoscopy Centers.
Dr. Levy received his Medical Degree from Hahnemann Medical College and his Legal Degree from The University of Houston Bates School of Law. He is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist who previously practiced at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas and served on the Baylor College of Medicine faculty. He was appointed the Executive Director of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners in 1993 and served in that capacity until 2000.
During that same time, he also served as the Executive Director of the Texas State Board of Physician Assistants, as well as Chairman of the Health Professions Council of Texas.
Dr. Levy has served on multiple, prestigious national medical policy commissions and has been a consultant to a majority of the national medical organizations. He is the past Deputy Executive Vice President of the Federation of State Medical Boards of the United States. Dr. Levy still serves in the CEO capacity of Austin Gastroenterology and Austin Endoscopy Centers.
